The setting is great and incredible, adjacent to the old port where the choice of restaurants is staggering, La Rochelle on a long drive back-glad, and harbour and the main town centre, new area. The rooms are beautifully decorated and good sized, with 2 large bedrooms, comfortable beds, as for instance provided.

The room was nicely decorated with a view and we enjoyed the stay. Had unique decoration. The hotel was placed in the central location close to the centre. The most important was the staff - exceptionally welcoming and particularly helpful people.

The breakfast was comprehensive and great and there was a huge variety of food to choose from. The staff there were incredibly welcoming and affable. The location was marvellous, in old town of La Rochelle with easy access to a shopping street and a market. Also, it was near Place de Verdun.
